These General Conditions (hereinafter, "General Conditions") govern the sale of Depuravita branded products, on the website www.depuravita.it (hereinafter also the "Site") between the selling company, Juice Detox Italy Srl, with registered office legal in Milan via Sacco 5, Tax Code and VAT number 09321570963, Share Capital Euro 12,000.00 (hereinafter, the "Depuravita") and customers who buy Products on the Site.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Access to this website and sending an order to our address implies acceptance of the conditions set out below. Failure to accept these conditions, even at a later time, prevents the use of this website.

PAYMENTS

We can only accept one credit / debit card, or Paypal per booking.
(a) in the absence of prior agreements;
(b) if it is not possible to obtain authorization to receive the customer's payment;
(c) in the presence of errors in the price or description of the products; or
(d) if the customer fails to meet the eligibility requirements set out in the terms and conditions.

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of payments received and the start date is provided to the customer in writing.

PRICES

All prices indicated include VAT (where applicable) at the expected percentage. All prices indicated are per person by individual agreement. Due to the nature of organic products and seasonal fluctuations in prices and fluctuations in exchange rates and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable. We make every effort to keep the prices we publish constant. However, we are forced to update our prices periodically to reflect the significant changes in costs affecting our businesses. Depuravita reserves the right to launch promotions at any time. The introduction of a promotion does not change the conditions of all bookings prior to the promotion itself.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS

Most card issuing institutions cover the costs of unauthorized use of credit and debit cards, or limit the liability of their cardholders. Depuravita undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the protection of information relating to customer reservations and their credit cards; however, except in cases of negligence on our part, we are not liable for any losses suffered by customers as a result of the unauthorized use by third parties of the information transmitted to us by customers when ordering on www.depuravita.it

Customers are authorized to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal non-commercial use.
