The Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59(1)(d) and (e) of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to

- goods purchased by a non-consumer and/or requiring an invoice

- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

- sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

 With reference to the cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal listed above, the consumer, in particular, is informed and accepts that the products that "are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly" include the majority of food products sold through this website, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage.

 Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and consumer protection, the right of withdrawal only applies to the "Clean Beauty" and "Purifying Tea" product lines purchased on this website. They can, however, be returned to Solar Plexus. only if undamaged in their respective seal and correctly stored, so that they can be put back on the market without any danger to consumers' health.

 In such cases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.

Should the consumer decide to avail himself of the right of withdrawal, he must notify Solar Plexus S.AS by e-mail to support@depuravita.com with the subject "Exercise of the right of withdrawal" or by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer may also use the model form provided by law, downloading it at the following link: right-of-withdrawal.pdf.

In any case, the goods must be returned no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of withdrawal. In any case, in order to have the right to reimbursement of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and, in any case, in a correct state of preservation and fit for sale.

The only costs payable by the consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal under this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to Depuravita.

Solar Plexus S.A.S will refund the full amount paid by the consumer within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Solar Plexus S.A.S. reserves the right, in any case, to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he/she has returned the goods, whichever is sooner.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User.

Upon receipt of the communication by which the consumer informs of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties to this contract are released from their mutual obligations, without prejudice to the provisions of the previous points of this article.
