Shilajit from the Roof of the World
Experience the pure vitality of Nepalese Shilajit, a rare and mineral-rich elixir sourced from the pristine Himalayan peaks. Known for centuries in Ayurveda as the “destroyer of weakness,” Shilajit is...
Your method focuses on a non-invasive approach to lifting and sculpting the face. Can you share what inspired you to develop this technique and how it differs from more conventional treatments?
I consider myself a citizen of the world—curious, enthusiastic, and above all, a seeker of spiritual depth. From a young age, I felt a strong passion for fashion, which led me to earn a degree in foreign languages and literature in Milan and embark on a career in the fashion industry. This journey granted me the privilege to travel extensively, collaborate with designers, develop innovative projects, and help bring creative visions to life. While I reveled in the thrilling and glamorous aspects of fashion, I also experienced its high-speed, demanding side.
Alongside my fashion career, I nurtured my second great passion: holistic treatments and facial massage. To me, the face is a reflection of one’s soul and inner health. This belief inspired me to study facial massage techniques, driven by a desire to help women maintain a harmony between their outer and inner beauty. There’s something deeply fulfilling in seeing women embrace their true selves and express authentic emotions naturally and beautifully.
In every part of the world, from the West to the East, I explored countless body techniques, but facial massages never fully satisfied me. I craved the same benefits as a full-body treatment—muscle relaxation, detoxification, slimming effects through varied pressure, and a complete, head-to-toe pampering experience that would leave my mind and face liberated from tension, rejuvenated and refreshed.
During a journey to India, the birthplace of Ayurveda, I encountered the transformative Champissage massage. When I returned to Europe, I felt compelled to learn more. In the early 2000s, I traveled to London to study Champissage, a unique massage for the scalp, hair, and face, passed down through generations of Indian women. From that moment, my curiosity and passion propelled me on a journey to acquire skills and explore diverse methods, both ancient and modern. This exploration culminated in an alchemical blend of 90% love and 10% technique, giving birth to my signature natural facelift ritual: FLOWINGLIFT.

Flowinglift is not just a facial treatment—it’s a rejuvenating journey to rediscovering inner peace and authentic beauty.
What kind of long-term results can clients expect if they apply your technique regularly? How does consistent treatment influence not only their appearance but also their overall well-being?
A natural face-lifting treatment delivers an immediate effect that clients truly admire and are often amazed by. The result is a lifted, radiant complexion, enhanced contours, and firmer, more toned muscles. Facial massage naturally enhances our skin’s functions—improving circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system, aiding in detoxification (vital for skin health), and releasing muscle tension. Regular facial massage also supports collagen production, which is essential for maintaining skin strength, elasticity, and a youthful, plump glow.
For optimal results, I recommend a facial massage every 7-10 days for the first two months, then one session every 15 days. This frequency can vary based on individual skin types and facial structures. To maintain these results, it's essential to continue caring for your face with a daily face exercise routine. Our hands are naturally powerful tools for healing, and with consistent practice, they help us sustain these benefits.
Just like any other workout, consistency is key. I remind my clients to treat their faces with the same dedication as they do their bodies. Alternating between facial exercises and massages not only improves muscle tone but also contributes to a sense of well-being, leaving us happier and healthier overall.
As a professional dedicated to enhancing natural beauty, what is your personal beauty routine? Are there any rituals or products you swear by for maintaining your own radiant glow?
My motto is simple: THE LESS, THE BETTER. I've always embraced a minimalist approach to skincare. Being a sporty and holistic person, I prefer natural ingredients over costly creams, choosing instead to use plant-based oils blended with essential oils, a quality serum, vitamin C, peptides, and some homemade face masks.
Morning Routine: I love to awaken my skin with 10-15 splashes of cold water, gently patting it dry with a towel. I then spritz a rose oleolite mist, followed by a 10-15 minute facial massage with a nourishing oil tailored to my skin type. To finish, I apply a sunscreen, ensuring it’s free of oxybenzone (BP3), EHMC, 4MBC, and other parabens or silicones. The simpler and more natural, the better, as it keeps the skin oxygenated and hydrated.
I’m a big advocate for oils—not only for hydration but also as a cleanser before bed. Vegetable oils help lock in moisture by forming a natural barrier, protecting the skin’s hydrolipidic layer.
Evening Routine: I cleanse with oil or an oil-based cleanser, using a warm washcloth to gently remove impurities. I recommend avoiding disposable cotton pads unless they’re washable and reusable, as many contain antimony and optical brighteners that can be harmful. Oil cleansing works wonders, lifting dirt, makeup, and pollutants while also sloughing away dead skin cells. After cleansing, I mist my face and neck with rose oleolite, apply a serum, and occasionally go to bed with a clean, product-free face. I prefer vitamin C serum for its antioxidant benefits and lean towards peptide serums over retinol.
Throughout the week, I incorporate different techniques to enhance my skin’s health:
Diet & Hydration: I drink plenty of water and herbal teas, aiming for a balanced, antioxidant-rich diet with lots of vegetables, while minimizing sugar and carbs. I also include supplements, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients to support my skin and immune health.
The healing aspect of your work is evident in how you approach not only the face but the mind and body as well. How do you incorporate energy work and emotional release into your treatments, and what changes have you witnessed in your clients as a result?
I cherish listening to my clients’ feedback and hearing them share their unique experiences and emotions. Many have described me as an intuitive healer, a sentiment that fills me with deep gratitude.
Each client is approached with love and respect, and I take care to maintain a clean and balanced energy, performing a grounding ritual before every treatment. Often, a facial becomes a mini-retreat, helping clients remain present and enter a mindful, relaxed state.
When meeting a new client, I create a calm, comforting atmosphere where they feel at ease, even if we’ve never met before. I believe incorporating energy work and emotional release into facial treatments can be truly transformative, benefiting both the skin and overall well-being.
I begin each session with a short meditation, accompanied by the gentle sound of a Tibetan bell, then softly touch specific points on the face, intuitively sensing where to focus my energy. Touch releases oxytocin—the "love hormone"—which fosters calm, trust, and tranquility. As clients relax, a gentle smile often emerges—a sign of emotional release that can improve sleep and reduce stress.
For some, this release brings tears of relief; others recall distant memories, even past lives. Many describe feeling transported to another world, while some simply savor each movement of my hands, from gentle strokes to deeper, more intense motions, followed by soothing, soft touches. They delight in the variety of scents used in the ritual—beautiful vegan oils, face mists, and room sprays—all complemented by the calming sound of the Tibetan bell.
Ninety percent of my clients are women, yet among the men, one remarked, “Your touch is unique—it feels like the loving touch of a mother.”
Through universal love, unconditional care, and the energy flowing from my heart to theirs, each massage becomes a nurturing journey, fostering both physical and emotional healing.
