Shipping Policy
Our products can be shipped to France, as well as to several other countries worldwide (EU and non-EU).
The countries where delivery is possible, the shipping costs (depending on the selected shipping method and destination), and delivery times are specified during checkout. Shipping costs do not include any taxes, customs duties, or other related charges, which may be imposed according to the regulations of the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
The estimated delivery date displayed at the time of the order is indicative only and does not constitute a guarantee. It takes into account the usual order processing time by our teams and the carrier’s transit time.
Our teams are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible by working with reliable shipping partners. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure or an incorrect or incomplete address. It is your responsibility to check the information provided, particularly the delivery address, before confirming your order. Once confirmed, the address cannot be modified.
Orders to France
All orders for France are shipped via UPS.
- Carrier: UPS
- Estimated delivery time: 3 business days from the order processing date for mainland France. This timeframe may be extended for overseas territories (DOM-TOM).

Once your order has been processed by our team, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including shipping details and a tracking number.
Orders Outside France
For orders shipped outside France, we use different carriers depending on the destination:
Europe (excluding France)

- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after shipment

- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after shipment

- Carrier: UPS
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after shipment

It is noted that delivery times outside France may vary depending on the destination country and applicable customs procedures.
Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent, including shipping details and a tracking number.
Regulations & Importation
Please note that our activity is subject to French legislation, applicable to DEPURAVITA products (dietary supplements and food products), as well as EU regulations and specific French provisions.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the sale of DEPURAVITA products is governed by French law, and our products comply with the applicable French regulations.
It is your responsibility to check with local authorities of the destination country regarding any import and usage restrictions on the ordered products.
We cannot be held responsible for purchasing a product considered non-compliant in a specific country, whereas the product complies with French regulations.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by sending an email to 📧 info@depuravita.com, including your order reference and the following supporting documents:
- Photos of the package (exterior and interior), ensuring the shipping label with your name is visible.
- Photos of all items included in your order.
- Close-up photos of any damaged products, showing the specific damage.
Our team will send you a claim form to complete and return in order to process your request.
