Shipping policy, how we organise shipments

What happens after the order has been sent.

You have done your shopping and the order has gone through. What happens at this point? We explain it to you at each stage, a few basic rules and rest assured that your Depuravita box will arrive undamaged in a short period of time.

1. WHO DELIVERS
We rely on the best local couriers to ensure that the package reaches your address without long waits. Each area of your country is managed by a courier company with knowledge of the territory and logistics.

2. TELL ME WHEN, WHEN
Delivery times will not be specified at the time of ordering. You, however, do not panic: you will be contacted as soon as possible by email or message to receive every detail of the shipment, with tracking and timing. If you wish to change the time and day, please contact the courier directly.

3. WE'RE THERE IF YOU NEED US
Problems, doubts, inconveniences, something not clear? Our customer service is always available and you can contact us if you have any needs. We will respond to you with pleasure, clarifying any questions you may have.

4. TIME OF DELIVERY
From the moment the order is placed, the waiting time until delivery varies from 48 to 72 hours. 

5. ONCE IT ARRIVES
At some point, the parcel arrives at its destination and you come into the picture: remember to pick it up! We suggest that you be present when the products are delivered to avoid loosing your package!
