PAYMENTS
We can only accept a credit/debit card, or Paypal per booking.
(a) in the absence of prior arrangements;
(b) where it is not possible to obtain authorisation to receive payment from the customer;
(c) in the event of errors in price or product description; or
(d) if the customer does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in the terms and conditions.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of payments received and the start date is provided to the customer in writing.
PRICES
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the stipulated percentage. All prices quoted are per person per individual arrangement. Due to the nature of the products and seasonal price fluctuations and fluctuations in exchange rates and fuel prices, variations are frequent and unpredictable. We make every effort to keep the prices we publish constant. However, we are obliged to update our prices periodically to reflect the considerable variations in costs that affect our activities. UNAUTHORISED USE OF CREDIT CARDS
Most card-issuing institutions cover the costs arising from the unauthorised use of credit and debit cards or limit the liability of their holders. Depuravita undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the protection of information relating to customers' bookings and their credit cards; however, except in cases of negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any losses suffered by customers as a result of unauthorised use by third parties of the information transmitted to us by customers when ordering on www.depuravita.com
