In France, you are a recognised figure in holistic wellness and weight balance. Can you tell us about your journey and what led you to create your method?
I’ve been a certified naturopath for over 15 years now, following a long career in fashion and communications, including a decade at Chanel. This professional pivot came from a desire to approach weight loss differently—without diets, but with common sense and a deeper understanding of the body’s rhythms. My method is rooted in balance, not restriction, and has grown into a philosophy that resonates with many.
You offer programs that are simple, effective, and accessible. For someone outside France, how can they access your method? And how do you support international clients?
My programs—Mincir en Conscience in particular—are available online through dietkatespirit.com, so anyone, anywhere, can begin their journey. What makes the experience truly dynamic are the WhatsApp groups I’ve created for each cohort. They foster a supportive, collective energy that clients love. It becomes a space of accountability, inspiration, and shared progress—fun, motivating, and deeply human.
You’ve developed an elegant plant-based broth made with fennel, nettle, and spirulina—light, yet full of depth. What inspired this creation, and how do you recommend using it?
The idea was to create a moment of balance in a sachet. Something simple and restorative for people who travel often or live fast-paced lives—especially business professionals constantly in transit. This broth is a weekly essential: a reset that supports the body gently. Just one cup a week can work wonders. I like to call it a little wellness ritual for busy modern lives.
You’re known for your effortless style, glowing skin, and vibrant energy. Can you share some of your personal wellness rituals or beauty habits?
I live a clean lifestyle—no alcohol, no smoking, and a nourishing, plant-forward diet. I drink a lot of water and swear by high-quality supplements—Depuravita is one of my absolute favorites. I walk 10,000 steps daily and train twice a week. But the real secret? A positive mindset. Every morning, I thank the universe for my health and for the opportunity to live fully. Gratitude, movement, and good nutrition are my daily essentials.
And finally, tell us about your upcoming retreat in Menorca. What can guests expect—and how can they join?
This is something I’m deeply excited about. We’re launching a new kind of retreat—one that nurtures both the body and the emotions. For me, resetting the mind is just as vital as rebalancing the body. I chose Menorca because I love the island—it’s serene, grounding, and full of natural beauty.
