There it performs two actions simultaneously: it reduces the size of enlarged, hypertrophic fat cells through direct lipolytic activity, and it stimulates the proliferation of new, small, healthy fat cell precursors. The result is a shift from fewer, oversized cells to more, smaller ones, which restores the tissue's structural stiffness, anti-inflammatory capacity, and ability to support collagen and elastin production above. 

The gel also functions as a skin protectant, forming a light breathable barrier that soothes the skin for hours.

It is the recommended starting point in the Adipeau protocol. Use the Strength Gel alone for the first 4 to 6 weeks before adding the Volume Cream. The lifting effect and increased suppleness that develop during this phase are markers that the dermal structure is responding.

How It works?

The primary active in the Strength Gel is Kaempferia Parviflora Rhizome Extract, a source of polymethoxyflavonoids (PMFs) with documented lipolytic and adipogenic activity. PMFs act on the PPARγ pathway that governs fat cell health. In the skin, they access dermal adipocytes via the hair follicle, delivering their action at the depth where firmness originates. 

In Karolinska Institute preclinical work using 3D human adipocyte tissue models, Kaempferia Parviflora extract applied to hypertrophic fat tissue doubled fat cell number while reducing average cell size by over 40%. This is the biological profile of tissue regeneration: more cells, each smaller and healthier, capable of supporting the skin from within. 

Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil provides additional lipolytic and anti-inflammatory support. Cucumber extract soothes and calms local inflammation. Glycerin and dimethicone polymers provide the skin-protective function that makes the gel suitable for continuous use on areas of repeated movement such as the neck, knees, stomach, underarms and inner arms.

Karolinska Institute in-vitro study In models of hypertrophic human fat tissue, Kaempferia Parviflora Rhizome Extract doubled fat cell number and reduced average cell size by over 40%. Gene expression analysis confirmed activation of lipolytic pathways, stimulation of fat cell proliferation, and suppression of inflammatory and metabolic dysfunction signals. Cellulite Appearance Clinical Study 17 participants with mild, moderate and severe cellulite applied the gel twice daily for 12 weeks. Standardised before-and-after photographs were evaluated by four independent blinded health professionals.

Across all images, at least two of four raters correctly identified the before image as more severe in 100% of cases. At least three of four agreed in 87.5% of cases. All four agreed in 75% of cases. In participants with moderate to severe cellulite, at least three of four raters agreed in 100% of cases, and all four agreed in 83%.
